This Month's Topic: Do you think the new "3 Strikes" legislation should allow judges to determine sentencing decisions or do you support mandatory life sentencing with no parole for career criminals convicted of violent crimes?

BACKGROUND: If a criminal has been convicted of a violent crime three times, he/she falls under the 3 Strikes Act. It is intended to remove repeat offenders from society through life sentences without parole.
